Theta Foundation congratulates the 109 women nominated to receive a Founders Memorial scholarship in 2011.  The nominees are eligible to receive one of four $12,000 awards honoring each of Kappa Alpha Theta's founders.  These awards are the largest offered by Theta Foundation among more than $500,000 in annual scholarships.  

Every year, each Kappa Alpha Theta college chapter has the privilege and responsibility of nominating its most outstanding junior member for a Founders Memorial scholarship from Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation.  The nominees are selected for their achievements in and commitment to highest scholarship (academics), widest influence for good (community and campus service and involvement), and love (Kappa Alpha Theta involvement).
