Theta Foundation Hiring Coordinator/Manager of Programs
January 10, 2011Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation welcomes applications for the position of Coordinator/Manager of Programs. The position oversees the development and implementation of scholarship and grant-making programs.
A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one to two years experience working for a non-profit or in education or business are required. The position is based at Theta Foundation offices in Indianapolis, Ind.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent computer and database skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail, a high degree of organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
